I'm 16 and feel like I'm going insane. Help!?

I was on Luvox for a while and hated it. It made everything worse. I'm now on Paxil 40mg for depression and Klonopin .5 mg for anxiety. I have OCD as well, which is why I was perscribed the Luvox in the first place, but I wanted to die on it. So, I stopped the Luvox and upped my dosage from 20mg of Paxil to 40. Right now I'm afraid I'm losing my mind. I don't feel in touch with the world, I feel like crap. I just want to sleep all the time. I keep praying that things will be ok. But I don't know what to do. I contacted my psychiatrist last night. He told me to discontinue the Luvox (as mentioned above). I felt best on 20 mg of Pax. and the regular .5 of Klon. Am I losing my mind? I'm really depressed, tired, and feel unreal. Are these just the side effects from all the changes in meds?
