Do I need to 6 months on my Taiwan passport to travel to UK?

I plan to travel to UK during July 4th holiday. I know I don't need visa to travel to London, but my passport is going to expire end of December. It is too late for me to renewal my passport now, am I going to have trouble entering UK? Thanks.
