How to find info on old toy?

i have a old clown doll that is stuffed with porceline head feet and hands...it was made by russ berrie co., inc. in taiwan. i have looked on the internet and have found the co. but cant find this toy anywhere i want to know more about it just for the history prospect of it, but im not sure where i can find it.. help?
