Help!! Holidays novelty items for underprivileged children. ?

I am Volunteering to teach underprivileged children in taiwan English this summer. I wanted to buy items for small prizes/ presents from oriental trading company for the class of 20-30 but I'm working on a really tight budget. I was wondering if anyone knows of any way I can get a discount of some sort or if there are any companies out there that would be willing to donate some small novelty toys. Please let me know asap I leave for taiwan in about two weeks. Thank you!!
