Married 3 times bt 1st married only 17 and 2nd nt regestered but 3rd marriage regestered.can detect?

Married 3 times, but ist married only 17 yrs. Old and 2nd marriage nt regestered, 3rd it is regestered in phil..if going abroad the system can detect the status? The man also married in taiwan, the girl can file a case here in phil?''Pls advise.
