Why are Californians so sensible in fixing their state's $10 Billion deficit with responsibility?

Props to Cali you uneducated moron they have the 2nt highest unemployment rate the highest % of people on welfare and the highest crime rate.They loose 9% of there industry a year to other states and countries from moronic polices. They have the worse real estate market in the country some houses dropped 60% in value in the last 3 years. Also they are in the most debt. Yaayyy Go Cali way to make every other state look good.
