I will really love to apply a job in Taiwan, but how?

I had check with an agency, sigh.. no respond yet, though i don't quite trust agencies. I had checked online no much help.. gosh :( then, i checked with my TW frenz too, no reply. If anyone could really give me some options here, very much appreciate :)
