I escaped a scholarship contract in Taiwan and went back to Philippines.?

I signed a scholarship contract in Taiwan. Basically the contract states that the support of the scholarship is upto two years and I have to finish the degree. However, my professor is a tyrant professor and a racist. I can no longer stand the verbal abuses that he is doing. So on my 3rd year, I decided not to continue and went back to Philippines. What will be the worst case that will happen to me? Can I get arrested for violating a foreign contract? Thank you for your help
